WCK36 CNC lathe is a two-axis linkage, economical precision CNC lathe of our company. The bed material is made of HT250 cast iron, which has been artificially aged to eliminate residual stress and stabilize the accuracy of the bed. The rails are supersonic quenched to improve their wear resistance. After the large carriage and the worktable are pasted with wear-resistant guide rails, they are scraped and installed to ensure the vertical and horizontal feed accuracy and wear resistance.
The base box is treated with aging, with strong rigidity, good stability and no deformation. The main Motor & Generator is installed on the left side; the Motor & Generator is installed on the adjustment plate, and the tension of the belt can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the Motor & Generator. The cooling pump and cutting fluid are installed on the right side.
The front protective cover of this machine tool is a mobile type (sliding door), which realizes safe processing in civilized production; the back of the bedside protective cover is equipped with a strong electric part, with built-in driver and frequency converter.
The speed of the main Motor & Generator is transmitted to the speed change mechanism of the headstock through the V-belt and pulley, and then the spindle outputs nine speeds, so that the machine tool can work at different speeds.
